Easy to use small business basic bookkeeping that uses mainly cash accounting. Program has only a few user friendly data entry forms but applies Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in background. Data is maintained in XML format spreadsheet file.The fundamental approach of the program is to keep a Bank Check Book for Receipts and Payments which are then distributed to the General Ledger Accounts by the purpose(s) of the Receipt or Payment.
